At Betr, we’re launching a brand-new Broadband Field Sales Campaign, and we’re looking for self-motivated, confident and money motivated sales advisors to help us grow.

What you need to know

  • This is a self-employed field sales role
  • Commission only pay with uncapped earning potential
  • Weekly commission pay (paid weekly in arrears)
  • 3 sales per day = approx. £460 per day
  • That’s around £2,300 per week (5 days)

About the Broadband Field Sales Advisor role

Do you like interacting with people? If so, this role is for you…

You’ll chat. You’ll ask questions. You’ll listen to what matters most.
Then you’ll clearly explain the broadband products and services that best meet each customer’s needs.

There are targets, but you’ll receive full training and ongoing support. To succeed, you’ll need confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills, this is your opportunity to thrive in a self-employed, commission only role under a leading brand.

Requirements for the role

  • Previous door-to-door or field sales experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Motivation driven by targets, goals, and healthy competition
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
  • Hunger for success, personal growth, and increased earnings
  • Flexibility to travel extensively
