About the role

  • Engage and secure sales with SME customers through self-generated leads, warm data, and inbound opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and confidently present B2B sales solutions that deliver value.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to drive customer retention and renewals.
  • Manage sales pipelines effectively to ensure targets are exceeded.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop strategies for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving objections and securing deals.
  • Identify market trends, analyse customer feedback, and contribute to continuous sales improvements.

Requirements for the role

  • B2B Sales Executive or Outbound Sales Experience Preferred – Proven success in closing deals.
  • Target-Driven & Money-Motivated – Passion for exceeding targets and earning uncapped commission.
  • Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
