Just 12 months ago, Betr Outsourcing had just over 100 colleagues, supporting 1 client across 3 campaigns, with most of the team working from home.
As we close out Q1, we’ve now passed 400 team members, with 8 clients (soon to be 9), delivering across 16 campaigns, and 83% of our people now based in-office across our Glasgow and Sunderland sites.
Q1 in numbers.
We welcomed over 100 new team members, with many of these roles part of our safeguarding of jobs in Sunderland after the closure of local contact centre EC Outsourcing.
We also welcomed 4 brand new clients within the first 3 months of the year, creating more progression opportunities for everyone within the business and ensuring we are always focused on building Betr Careers for our people.
These new clients and campaigns have translated to well-earned promotions for 6 team members to begin a variety of roles to further their own careers with Betr.
