Today, we’re announcing a significant step forward in that journey.
We’re proud to confirm the promotion of Huw Devonald into the role of Head of Growth and Leadership.
This role brings together learning, leadership development, new campaign onboarding, and real-time performance intervention.
Huw will lead the first twelve weeks of every new client engagement, support managers across the business, and retain commercial accountability as campaigns transition into operations.
The focus is simple. Raise standards. Build stronger leaders. Drive consistent, scalable performance.
As Managing Director Richard Knox explains:

Speaking about his new role, Huw said:
