Raising the Bar on How We Develop People at Betr Outsourcing.

Sasha is Head of People and Culture at Betr Outsourcing and is focussed on ensuring our culture evolves as we grow the business, but always remains authentic, ambitious and grounded in our core values.

As Betr continues to scale, one thing remains non-negotiable: how we develop people, leaders, and performance must evolve at the same pace as the business.

Today, we’re announcing a significant step forward in that journey.

We’re proud to confirm the promotion of Huw Devonald into the role of Head of Growth and Leadership.

This role brings together learning, leadership development, new campaign onboarding, and real-time performance intervention.

Huw will lead the first twelve weeks of every new client engagement, support managers across the business, and retain commercial accountability as campaigns transition into operations.

The focus is simple. Raise standards. Build stronger leaders. Drive consistent, scalable performance.

As Managing Director Richard Knox explains:

“Huw’s appointment is a key part of strengthening the foundations of the business for 2026. It supports our ambition to develop better leaders, increase capability at every level, and move faster with more clarity.”

This appointment plays a critical role in how Betr continues to grow without compromising standards. It ensures greater consistency across campaigns, clearer accountability, and the right level of challenge as we scale.

Speaking about his new role, Huw said:

“As leaders at Betr, we can’t afford not to reach our full potential. John Maxwell’s Law of the Lid says your team will never exceed your leadership level. If you’re a four, they’ll be a three. If you’re an eight, they’ll be a seven. Our results depend on our willingness to raise our standards.”

“In this role, I want to help break those barriers. A fixed mindset sounds like ‘I know best’ or ‘I already do this’. But are any of us really anywhere near our Mount Everest?”

Congratulations to Huw on a well-deserved promotion, and to everyone involved in strengthening the leadership foundations of Betr.
